I provide adult courses for those in business, for those who want to support their own mental health – or that of family & friends. Our youth courses are also appropriate for parents/teachers and those working with youths aged 8 – 18. I have over 30 years of experience working in education, both in the UK and abroad. And during that time, I’ve worked for some great employers, who really looked out for me and my well-being – and a few that didn’t! I’ve seen first-hand, the effects of poor mental health – with sometimes devastating consequences. As a MHFA instructor, I now bring that wealth of experience and insight to the mental health first aid courses I run – along with a bit of fun!
