Payment of Membership Fees

Membership fees are due annually on 1 July and can be paid by bank transfer or credit/debit card.

To assist Senior Players/Family members wishing to spread their payment, the WRFC may accept payment by monthly instalments which are processed via GoCardless and are email activated. WRFC will charge an administration fee of £10 where payments are made by this method. WRFC can also demand payment in full when a GoCardless application is cancelled or rejected or when the member leaves the club during the membership year. Refunds when cancellations are made mid- year are at the discretion of the management committee. WRFC also reserves the right to collect any outstanding membership fees from the previous membership year when re-joining.

For late payment of subscription renewals, the following additional amounts are payable:

By the 1st November 2024 £10
By the 1st December 2024 £15
From the 1st January 2025 £20
