We have a wide range of abilities within the team, from those who have only just picked up a rugby ball to women who recently played for Sussex county. We currently play in National Challenge 2 South East (South) and have a successful, well established side, however we are always looking for more women to get involved with rugby. Our dedicated coaching team look to support and enhance players skills, enabling them to play to the best of their ability and reach their rugby goals.
You don’t need any previous rugby experience, we offer training to anyone either wanting to start their rugby journey again or want to start fresh!
