Player A started with you just over a year ago, and we’ve seen his confidence grow so much, not just in rugby but across all sports. Having coaches who truly believe in him, along with finding a sport he absolutely loves, has given him the confidence to believe in himself.
For many years, Player A struggled to find something he was genuinely passionate about, so having you all there every Wednesday and Sunday has meant more than you’ll probably ever know.

The Player A of a year ago would never have stood up in front of a hundred people with a smile on his face to receive an award. That’s why I wanted to share that at his school awards ceremony, Player A received both the Team Player of the Year award and the Prestige Player of the Year award.
